What kinds of information is contained in a 10-K or 10-Q filing?

When searching for a company name which uses more than one word, connect the words with "+and+" to get the correct search. For example, put in +and+ between union and pacific (union+and+pacific) to look for Union Pacific.

Hint: To copy a SEC filing, use your right mouse button and "OPEN this Link" first. Then you can "Save As" from your "FILE" menu to keep the file. It's probably better to save the file to your A drive to check for viruses later. If you click on your left mouse button, you'll have to wait while a lengthy file is loaded to your PC.
